Shannon Hardy is the Vice President of Flex Work at LinkedIn and has over 10 years of experience of talent acquisition and human resources management. In her role, Shannon leads critical plans for the evolving work experience, ensures teams across the company align on the holistic strategy, and manages the partnership with Microsoft in response to situations like the pandemic that affect LinkedIn’s 16,000 employees globally. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree from UCSC and is intrigued by what the workplace of the future looks like.

Rob Sadow is the Co-Founder & CEO at Scoop Technologies, developer of the Scoop Hybrid Work Platform. Rob was previously part of the leadership team at Bain & Company, the global management consulting firm. He studied Management, Legal Studies, and Business Ethics at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
